2012 GDP compared with 2007

The chart shows 2012 GDP as a percentage of that of 2007. By the end of 2012, the GDP of the EU28 was still 1% less than in
2007. For nine Member States the contraction was 5% or more,
while the period saw increases of more than 5% in only three
Member States.
