Member States' GNI, contributions to EU budget and to EDFs (as % of each total): EU-15 and EU-12/EU-13

Figure 1 compares Member States’ GNI, taken as a rough indicator of their
ability to contribute, with EDF contribution keys and national contributions to the EU
budget (as defined in EC financial reporting, i.e. including GNI- and value added taxbased
resources of the EU budget as well as related correction mechanisms such as the
so-called UK rebate).
